Established in 2007 by two former airline executives, Paradym was born out of firsthand experience with some of the most tumultuous events in aviation history. Originally known as AvSec Consulting, our mission was to offer practical and financially viable solutions to the aviation industry and governments.

As our reputation grew, so did our reach. We expanded beyond aviation, providing insightful advice across various sectors. To reflect the diversity of our operations, we evolved from AvSec Consulting to Paradym.

Our team includes former leaders of government departments, advisors to heads of government, and senior executives from major businesses.

Today, Paradym has diversified its services under the Paradym and AvSec Consulting brands, continuing our commitment to delivering exceptional solutions.
